Share your best kept secrets with the hotel concierge, pitch it to your local newspaper’s editor, or even start your own blog on the subject. The sky is the limit! It just depends on how much time you want to devote to the project.  If your only intention is to pass along the information, your citys' tourist bureau is a great place to start as well.
