I’m not sure if it’s Pandemic fatigue, election fatigue, online learning fatigue, or any of the other challenges we are all just so sick of dealing with, but Fred and I have certainly noticed over the last few weeks that most women we work with are feeling unfocused and overwhelmed. I’m here to try to help you get a little bit of that focus back by asking you this one simple question.
We are in the home stretch of 2020, the beginning of Q4. What is the one thing you want to accomplish before we wave goodbye (or another less-appropriate finger gesture) to this year?
Is there a project that has been dragging on that you can wrap up with a bow? What about a marketing strategy you have been meaning to try but just haven’t gotten around to it yet?
Go back to the goals you set at the beginning of the year and see if anything jumps out at you. Think through each facet of your business: marketing, business development, the customer experience, managing your team, tracking your cash flow, just to name a few.
Pick one thing and commit to getting it done by the end of this year. The sense of accomplishment will translate directly into motivation as you start 2021.
